What we process, and why
If you leave your email address, we store it — together with your chosen language and the time of signup — for one purpose only: sending you occasional updates about TextChecker.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time with future effect.
Storage and deletion
Your address is stored on servers in the EU and kept until you ask us to remove it or the updates list is discontinued. Email hello@genapps.at and we delete it.
No cookies, no tracking
This page sets no cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. Apart from the email you choose to submit, no personal data is collected.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Contact: hello@genapps.at.
